About the album…

It's a joy working on an album dedicated to a theme based on pure inspiration. The Deep South is the birthplace of modern popular music: blues, rhythm and blues, jazz, rock and roll, EDM, rap, hip hop, and more. Heart Of The Blues pays homage not only to this place, but the roots in Africa; the trials and challenges; and the hope that resides in the humanity that created and continues to create our greatest treasure: music.
